This hydraulic unit is produced for 175 Ton form presses used to produce automotive spare parts. There is proportional pressure and proportional speed control at the pump outlet. In this way, all speed and force values can be adjusted as desired via the touch panel to be attached to the system. In addition, thanks to this proportionality, all movements are ramped and soft. The reason for using a vane pump in the press is that the hydraulic unit is as quiet as possible. You will hear almost no noise when idling through this unit. In addition, there is a pressure transmitter connected to the ram line in order to read the pressure value from the screen. There is a decompression valve in the ram line to absorb the take-off knock. Optionally, directional control valves Baser, Eaton, Rexroth or Duplomatic can be installed.
